• There is a three (3) hour limit for every booking.  If there are no further bookings, use of the room can be renewed at the Loan Services desk for a further three hours.
• Please vacate the room 10 minutes before the end of your booking.
• Keys can be picked up and handed back at the Loan Services desk of the Main Library and should not be taken out of the Library.
• Group bookings will be cancelled thirty (30) minutes after the initial booking time if the group has not arrived.
• No food or drinks allowed.
• The person who booked the room and signed for the key takes the responsibility for the condition of the room and the conduct of the group.
• Do not book a room for someone else in your name.
• If you have problems booking a room contact Loan Services at 018 299 2800.
• All rooms must be vacated fifteen (15) minutes prior to Library closing.
• Only one booking per group per day is allowed.  Bookings can be done one day in advance.
• The Library is not responsible for loss or damage of items left unattended in the room.
